Chapter President (2026-2028) Election

Dear SEM Northeast Chapter Members,

NECSEM is now accepting nominations for our upcoming Chapter President election. We are seeking a responsible SEM regular member to take on this role. Candidates with prior leadership experience in an SEM Chapter or Section are preferred. The elected Chapter President will serve a two-year term starting from one week after the election. Voting will take place via an online ballot after nominations have been collected.

Eligibility: According to the SEM Chapter Handbook (p.5), “[t]he Chapter President normally should be a regular member of the Society; that is, not currently a full-time student.”
